SSC MTS AGE LIMIT
The age requirement for SSC MTS varies according to the post.
For MTS roles, candidates must be 18 to 25 years old, with their date of birth falling between 2nd August 2000 and 1st August 2007.
For Havaldar positions under CBIC & CBN as well as some MTS posts, the age limit is 18 to 27 years, i.e., candidates should be born between 2nd August 1998 and 1st August 2007.
SSC MTS AGE RELAXATION
To claim age relaxation, candidates need to show valid proof. The relaxation depends on community category or physical disability, and in some cases, the upper age can be extended up to 45 years. Keep in mind, this relaxation is given only on the upper limit. The minimum age of 18 years stays the same for everyone, no matter which category they belong to. SSC MTS Educational Qualification
For SSC MTS 2025, candidates must fulfill the basic educational qualification criteria. They should have passed Matriculation (Class 10) or an equivalent exam from a recognized board. - Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before 1st January 1962** with the intention of permanent settlement

SSC MTS Eligibility 2025
The eligibility criteria for SSC MTS cover three main aspects: age, nationality, and education.
For MTS posts, the age requirement is 18 to 25 years.
For the role of Havaldar, the maximum age limit is 27 years.

- The Computer-Based Examination will comprise two sessions, Session I and Session II, and it is compulsory for candidates to attempt both sessions.
- Failure to attempt any session will result in disqualification.
- In Session 2, there will be a deduction of 1 mark for each incorrect answer, while Session 1 will not have any negative marking.
